Dale Carnegie Training South Africa respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you contact us, register for a course or request an assessment or demo, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, contact details, company and information about your training needs.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to you, administer training and certification, issue invoices, and, if you agree, to tell you about courses and events. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use for marketing. Email info@dalecarnegie.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
