Corporate training
Do you offer corporate or on-site training?
Yes. We design customised programmes around your organisation’s goals, challenges and outcomes, delivered at your premises or virtually, so teams in different locations can take part.
Pricing depends on the course, number of participants, duration and the level of customisation. The best first step is a Training Needs Analysis with one of our team, where we discuss your objectives and recommend a solution.
Generation.Next
What is Generation.Next?
Generation.Next is our youth development programme for Grade 11 and 12 learners, gap-year students and university students preparing for work. Participants build confidence, communication, leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills, and learn to manage stress and challenges.
It runs as a customised programme for schools and universities, or as public courses in Durban and Johannesburg.
Accreditation
Are your courses SETA accredited?
Yes. Our flagship public programmes are SETA accredited, so participants and organisations get recognised learning that aligns with South African training standards. We can confirm a course’s accreditation status and unit standards, and supply documentation for Skills Development Levy claims.
What is your B-BBEE status?
Dale Carnegie South Africa is a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor, so training with us supports your B-BBEE and Skills Development objectives. Ask us for our latest certificate.
Are you ISO certified?
Yes. Our ISO certification reflects our focus on quality, consistency and continuous improvement across our training processes. We can provide a copy for your procurement process.
Booking & payment
How do I register?
Register online on any course page, phone or email our office, or simply tell us which course you’d like to attend. Companies can send the names and email addresses of participants and we’ll handle registration, invoicing and joining instructions.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept EFT, credit card and company purchase orders. Individuals on public courses can ask about a payment arrangement, provided the full fee is paid before the course starts.
Where does training take place?
Public courses run regularly in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town, and many are also available live online. For organisations we train at your premises or an agreed venue across South Africa and neighbouring countries, in person, virtually or as a hybrid.
Can I move my booking to another date?
Yes, with advance notice. Each participant gets one free transfer, used within 3 to 6 months of the original start date (subject to availability); after six months the credit expires. Further transfers carry a 5% fee that increases with each reschedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
- More than 14 days before the start: full refund.
- 7 to 14 days before the start: 90% refund.
- Less than 7 working days before the start: cancellations are not accepted.
Cancellations must be made in writing with a signed cancellation request. If you think you may not be able to attend, contact us early so we can look at options.
On the day
What should I bring, and do I need to prepare?
Bring a laptop for our online learning platform, a positive attitude and any workplace challenges you’d like to work on. No preparation is required. You’ll receive a calendar invitation with venue or joining details, and digital course materials with 12 months of access (printed materials on request, at an extra fee).
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Our venues cater for vegetarian, halaal-friendly and common allergy requirements. Strictly halaal, kosher or vegan meals can be arranged for an extra fee; please let us know at least a week before your course. You’re also welcome to bring your own meals.
Will I receive a certificate?
Graduates of our courses receive a printed and a digital certificate you can share on LinkedIn. Certificates are issued for courses, not for workshops, keynotes or short sessions, and require attendance of all sessions (missed sessions can often be made up on a later course).
Replacements: digital copy R200, hard copy collected R300, hard copy couriered R380.
