Overview
People encounter a wide range of differences when working with colleagues. Handled poorly, those differences cause conflict and reduce productivity. Handled well, they create an inclusive environment and strong teams.
You’ll identify how you react when you perceive similarity or difference, uncover the unconscious basis of those reactions, and use a respect-based approach to break down barriers and build relationships. By acknowledging the types of unconscious bias, we can start to address them.
